When doing smart home construction, where to reserve the motor power supply, this is actually very simple. As shown in the figure below, in order to reduce wiring, we usually reserve the power socket beside the curtain box or under the motor. The position is very flexible, as long as the motor power cable can reach or not be blocked by the motor. For a motor with 82 pier heads, the size is generally: 35 (height) * 7 (length) * 5 (width) cm, and it is easy to set the power socket according to this size. It is enough to set one power socket, and for two-way curtains, the two motors can be transferred through the power adapter.

The traditional five-wire motor (connected to the curtain switch) is less and less used now. I personally think that the reserved wiring is a bit troublesome, and the curtain motor is relatively simple to connect to the power supply.
